	Smithing and Tailoring Services in Suomi Torbjorn - Weaponsmith * Fix Item - Repairs selected item, fee based on value of item, and extent of damage. * Fix All Items - Repairs all items, fee as above. * Sword Smith - Improves a Dirk or Sword. * Soori Smith - Improves a Surigum (eg. Snow Secret), or Soori Knife (eg. Center Dagger). Rogues or Warriors over 11th Insight may use these services. Valdemar - Armorer * Fix Item - Repairs selected item, fee based on value of item, and extent of damage. * Fix All Items - Repairs all items, fee as above. * Smith Ring - Creates a ring, from finished gems (i.e. Coral Ring). A rogue Gem Smith may use this service ((Gem Smith appears on their legend, after practicing Gem Polishing a number of times)). Valdemar - (cont'd) * Suomi Male Tailoring - Dye male armor, in Suomi colors. * Suomi Female Tailoring - Dye female armor, in Suomi colors. * Suomi Male Grand Tailoring - Dye high insight male armor, in Suomi colors. * Suomi Female Grand Tailoring - Dye high insight female armor, in Suomi colors. To use these services, a character must be Respected Citizen or greater office, of any town, and must have an assistant who is a Tailor ((Tailor appears on their legend, after practicing Tailoring several times)). Suomi style and colors vary with different types of armor, generally red, and/or orange. * Note: Items improved through Smithing require higher insight to use, and may be perishable. Basic Tailoring service is not available here.
