In an excitingly close poll, Aislings choose Rucesion Village as the next home.

Mundanes are beginning work, preparing Rucesion for Aisling habitation. Citizenship opens September 15th. For the first real-life week, anyone who renounces their current citizenship may become citizen of the selected village. After that, a Respected Citizen of the village is required to admit the new citizen. You need not renounce now. Wait until the next home village will accept you. As warned in-game, when renouncing citizenship you loose all current political power, political clout, and political recognition.

Rucesion will include these features found in the current home village of Aislings: Boards, Village Hall, Justice Hall, and political offices. Mundane preparation of the politics and boards of the next town is projected to be completed by the end of Year 6 of Deoch (99.09.15 Earth Time).

In the first week, prerequisites for political positions of Rucesion are suspended, and clout requirements reduced to 25%.
