The (97 insight)(Circle 7)Armor Quest.
	     There are 3 choices to complete the 97 armor quest.
	(Either you may get involved in politics,contest winner,or 
	          pay with youre (Experience points).

	I.(Politics)You may achieve the Circle 7 armor by becoming a
	Burgess and that requires (4 Respected citizen),
	(4 Demagogue),and (Burgess).It requires alot of
	support(clout)to become a Burgess,but its youre choice.
	Plus to the position of a Burgess you must present (5)
	Mythril shields of the same Enchantment or Consecration.

	II.(Experience)You may choose to sacrifice youre experience 
	points to get the garment.That would be 50 Million of experience
	points and 25 (talos)when attempting the quest at insight 97,98.
	But when attempting the quest at the 99 insight you will have to
	sacrifice 100 Million of experience plus the 25 talos with it.

	III.(Contest Winner)You may also choose to enter a contest
	to get the garment when you Win ofcourse.
	I believe its either Lore,Artist,or Philosopher.One of
	these entriest may win with the lowest ranking required
	for the quest which is Village.Will not work with Clave ranking.
	winner,Plus a finished Hy-Brasyl Fragment.
	I would say this choice would be the smartest one.
	But there are the three choices which you may choose upon.
