	(Visit the Armory in Piet to attempt to make the garment.
	All you gotte do is get (2) Respected Citizens,may be you
	and another (RC).The 2 Respected Citizens must have some
	tailoring experience,and surely need to have labor time.
	Then one of the 2 (RC's)needs to speak to the Mundane Smith
	and pick the other (RC)to assist the making of the garment.
	This task should do the job for the Kasmanium Armor.
