	To complete the quest,all you gotte do is get (2)Respected 
        Citizens,any 2,may be you and some other Respected Citizen
	with some (tailoring) experience and (labor).Go to the 
	Udine Armory,in which one of the 2(RC's) who are 
	attempting to make the garment,will have to speak to the 
	Mundane Smith about the (Lorica)and allow the other
	(RC)to Assist the making of the garment.That should do 
	the job.
